In December of 2017, a leading law firm contacted us following a recommendation from one of our existing professional services clients. They needed expert advice on how to improve the efficiency of their workflows through automation, reducing the time it was taking for department managers to manually intervene when human error occurred.

Security of client data was also a real concern for them as a law firm, so they welcomed suggestions and ideas around how our solutions could bring significant improvements and provide additional protection.

Following a site visit and analysis of existing processes, we integrated Document Navigation software which has transformed the company’s workflows by fully automating processes. Paper-based documents are now scanned, distributed or archived accordingly, removing the need for human intervention and therefore, error. As part of the improvements that the customer was seeking, we also implemented rule-based printing to give greater security through user identification, while reducing any potential waste.

We were able to:

  • Improve workflows and reduced errors with the introduction of document automation
  • Improve document security with user identification
  • Free up time of admin staff with automated document distribution, allowing them to support the legal team more efficiently.
