Our client approached us as they needed urgent assistance controlling and managing their spiralling print costs from a fleet of machines that were becoming increasingly problematic.

The university had previously been in a lengthy agreement and this time around their objective was simple –  a reliable, trustworthy managed print partner who would provide transparent pricing along with reliable servicing and maintenance.

Following our free managed audit, our analysis uncovered excessive wastage across several departments which was accounting for almost 15% of the overall annual cost. Several efficiency improvements were presented which included PaperCut software to provide great ongoing analysis of costs, along with 7 new multifunctional devices all leased in a simple and transparent agreement.
