Jorden has been a Managed Print Service Engineer for over 6 years, and with Datatech for almost three of those. Jorden is responsible for ensuring that all of our machines are running efficiently and that all of our customers receive excellent ongoing aftercare and service.

John is often first on the scene should one of our customers register an emergency service call. It's John’s responsibility to identify and resolve any technical or maintenance issues quickly for our customers, to ensure minimum disruption. Iain has been with the company for 22 years and it responsible for the IT infrastructure for our full group of businesses, as well as managing our team of service engineers.

Since achieving a BSC (Hons) Degree in Business Information Systems, Rob has gained over 15 years of Customer Service experience. Rob’s abilities were quickly recognised in his previous role with British Telecom and he was selected for their Fast Track Leadership Programme, completing the Sandhurst Leadership Challenge.
