We helped a primary school reduce their printing costs by 35% annually

In May, a top North West Primary School contacted Datatech looking for a print management solution to replace two old printers and photocopiers.

Datatech were able to:

• Remove the need for manual intervention and maintenance

By recommending and installing three Konica Minolta machines, Datatech delivered a solution tailored to the specific needs of the school which included the secure print feature. All staff are given a personal pin code which is entered before each job is printed. Any incorrect items can be deleted at the machine and all jobs remain within the machine until the pin is entered which ensures that no prints are left uncollected.

The new print management solution has meant that the Primary School has seen instant savings on both paper and ink costs.
